The arrival
Our connection via the A3 and A44 is optimal; the distance to the motorway crossing Ratingen-Ost is only 500m. To the airport and to the Fair Düsseldorf it is only 10 minutes by car.
At your free disposal our car park with more than 60 parking spaces in front of the hotel.
The Check-in
On your first visit, we explain our extreme secure electronic closing device and the night entrance extensively to you. After signing in and finding out whether a non-smoker or smoker room (when available) is wished, you could proceed to your room. From all rooms you can admire not only the gardens but also can enjoy the beautiful scenery.
If you are hungry and would like to finish the day in a comfortable atmosphere, you only need to take a few steps to enter our Cedric's restaurant. There you can enjoy international cuisine and by good weather sit outside on the lovely new patio.
Staying overnight
And later only a few steps and you fall into one of our new beds, there you can watch your favourite channel on LCD TV or chat over our WLAN. Then we wish you a good night.
The next day
From our breakfast room, you can see the azaleas blossom in the spring, later the summer flowers and in the autumn admire the wonderful hydrangeas. Start the day with a wholesome breakfast from our breakfast buffet. We put great value in fresh, high-quality food with as little one-way-package as possible.
And where do you still find homemade jam and honey from the senior bosses own beekeeping? Our guests are very fond of our fruit salad with FRESH cut fruit of the season.
The Checkout
To receive your invoice is a matter of 2-minutes, if you have given by arrival the necessary account details. Personal conversation is a pleasant reason for a small extension of this procedure.
